Moving Mountains

Moving Mountains

1st November until 30th November 2026 Children only Ages 15+ (Parents accommodation available nearby if requested)

Moving Mountains is a supportive and empowering programme designed for young people preparing for greater independence. It provides practical life skills, personal development opportunities, and a strong sense of community in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our two properties Shepherd's Rest and Cortijo Serendipia are thoughtfully organised to provide separate housing for girls and boys. Every child is provided with a private bedroom, ensuring personal space in a shared apartment. In addition, each house is supported by a dedicated on-site mentor of the same biological sex as the children residing in that home. This structure promotes appropriate guidance and a supportive mentorship dynamic.

Both groups will be working together from 10am - 7pm, after having breakfast in their own houses.
